Grand Muthu Oura View Beach Club

Our stay at the Grand Muthu Oura View Beach Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome — friendly, efficient, and always willing to help with a smile. The hotel itself is stunning, with breathtaking views of the Atlantic and direct access to a beautiful sandy beach just steps away. Our room was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with a balcony overlooking the sea — the perfect spot to enjoy the sunrise or a glass of wine at sunset. Housekeeping did a fantastic job throughout our stay, keeping everything immaculate. We stayed on an all-inclusive basis, which was incredible value. With over 14 restaurants across the Grand Muthu group to choose from, we were spoiled for choice every day. The variety was impressive, and every meal we had was delicious and beautifully presented. The on-site Aqua Restaurant serves traditional Portuguese dishes, often featuring beautifully prepared fresh fish, pork, and beef — perfect if you enjoy authentic local flavours. For those who prefer something more familiar, I’d highly recommend Jac’s Restaurant, which is less than a five-minute walk from the hotel. The food and service there were fantastic, and it’s a great alternative if you’re looking for a change of pace. The pool area is spotless and inviting, with plenty of loungers and a relaxed atmosphere. The bar staff were brilliant — friendly, attentive, and always ready with a refreshing drink and a smile. Everything about this hotel impressed us — from the superb location to the quality of service and the wonderful dining options. It’s the kind of place that leaves you relaxed, happy, and already planning your next visit.

The swimming pool was the highlight – very large, with a 3-meter deep jumping area, and plenty of space to relax around it. The ocean view was also amazing. We really enjoyed the cocktails and beer – unlike many all-inclusive places where drinks are weak, here you can actually taste the alcohol, and the quality was noticeably better. The food was better than expected. We had read some negative reviews about limited options and poor quality, but we didn’t find that to be true. While the food in the main restaurant could be a bit cold at times, there was a good variety. What’s even better is that every day you have access to different themed restaurants (like sushi, Italian, and more) in the nearby sister hotels. The food there was wonderful and definitely a big plus.

The staff at the front desk were wonderful. I had the pleasure of speaking with a few different ladies working reception and they were very friendly, offered me local recommendations and were accommodating with all my questions. They really set the vibe for my entire stay and I was very pleased with their positive energy it seemed quite genuine. I interacted with some of the other staff working the grounds and cleaning folks too and honestly I think this hotel has some of the most polite and chill vibe staff. Everyone made me feel comfortable and I appreciated that very much.

Firstly ... Thank you for the room upgrade , that was quite special and the room was perfect! Absolutely everything we needed and more ! Location is great and the views are stunning Staff were lovely and extremely helpful Juat want to say thank you for an amazing visit and I will definitely both return and recommend this hotel Fabulous !!

We were robbed in different Villa and moved here to feel safer for the duration of our trip. We were met at the hotel by Barbara, the most friendly and welcoming staff member at Reception. Barbara genuinely empathised with our situation and immediately made us feel safe and secure. we can't thank you enough, you are such a wonderful person. THANK YOU ❤️❤️❤️ Our rooms were clean and tidy, the pool was large and plenty of beds, the beach at the hotel was stunning! Location was fab, right beside the new town strip and less than 5euro uber to the old town.
